Photographer Meryl Valerie and Creative Director Simon Douaire with selectstudiony, together created a series that dives into the essence of this playground like world of Colbo, filled with soft pastel colors, pure quality textiles and materials. A selection of different outfit compositions from the shop’s collection are used as elements to create color patches and blurs with the tones and textures of the clothing, that blend into a creamy mosaic, giving rise to this experimental photographic series. Capturing life in a still life inspired story - where the surprise elements are in the garment’s details of the still images, guided by a soft and understated elegant Polaroid portrait story thread.
