More of a creative practice than an easily categorizable clothing brand, Small Talk Studio was founded by Nick Williams in 2017 and is now run with Phil Ayers, friends of Colbo whose studio shares a nearby space in Midtown New York. Small Talk occasionally brings its new-season items, a mix of lived-in staples and workwear-inspired layers, to Colbo popups that end up being as much a party as a collection premiere.
