Refund policy

You can return unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

How to return

• By mail: email support@colbo.nyc with your order number and the items you’re sending back. We’ll email you a prepaid return label. A $10 restocking fee comes out of your refund.
• In person: bring the items and your order number to 51 Orchard Street, New York. No restocking fee.

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed, with every tag and label attached.

Refunds

We refund your original payment method within 7 days of receiving your return and email you when it’s done. Your bank may take one or two statements to show it.

Exchanges

To swap a size or color, return the item and place a new order.

Final sale

Sale items, vintage, vinyl, jewelry, sunglasses, wallets, incense and fragrance are final sale, in the shop and online.

International returns

Return shipping is yours to pay, and duties and taxes aren’t refundable. Send your return to Colbo, Return Order #[your order number], 51 Orchard St, New York, NY 10002.
