COLBO x PORTER & YOSHIDA CO.

Based on a connection made when Porter came to New York in early 2023, the conversation surrounding a collaboration grew organically between the two teams, building off of shared tendencies toward ease, timeless shapes, and – perhaps most importantly – an understanding of how commitment to material and production results in a quality of piece that would otherwise be unachievable. For Colbo, that story is told through working with small ateliers in New York, whereas Porter bags are produced exclusively in Japan. The mutual desire to work together arose from these discussions, leading first to a pop-up at our store and progressing naturally to this collaboration. It is with great excitement that we share our work with this iconic brand that we so revere.
